Drinking water and eating food with positive emotions such as love can have a positive effect on human health. Similarly, when you expose water/food to negative feelings such as hate, fear, anxiety and consuming it can be potentially harmful to your body.
Water can pick up the vibrations as a result of certain emotions and change its structure accordingly. For instance, when you say the word “Hope” to water and prepare the frozen crystals from this water, you will observe the creation of beautiful symmetry in the crystals.
Positive words/good thoughts can bring positive changes to or food
Negative information will have a negative influence on us.
Food prepared with love gives your body nourishment. On the other hand, food prepared with anger, fear resentment and other lower energy causes sickness, upset stomachs, less nutrient absorption.

Crown Chakra
This chakra acts like a ladder to love, spirituality & healing from the base of the root chakra all the way to the crown. You will see yourself as part of something “bigger” & trust that you are part of a divine plan, even if it doesn’t make sense sometimes. You are firmly rooted in the present moment & regularly experience moments of pure awareness. It allows you to step into your power & become more than you ever dreamed possible & it also helps you to accept & see the beauty in this human experience, even on the days when nothing seems to go as planned. All anger, frustrations, & anxiety fall to the wayside because you cannot help but to live in the here & now. Many people have been known to change their belief systems, career paths, & lifestyles after their crown chakra opens because they realize their priorities are shifting.
Third Eye Chakra
This chakra influences the areas of our mind that control our common sense, wisdom, intelligence, memory retention, dreams, spiritually & intuition. This chakra stimulates both hemispheres of the brain. Its spiritual purpose is to give us the possibility of wisdom, imagination, intuition & knowledge. This chakra supplies energy to all the senses. It helps us see new possibilities, plants seeds in our subconscious, be more spiritual and helps with choices in our lives. You may not know where your life is leading but this chakra helps you manifest trust& inner knowing that you are on the best path. It makes you open minded & not stuck to expectations which cause blockages in manifesting. It helps you be imaginative so that you can bring in what is in your highest best
Throat and ear Chakra
This chakra influences our ability to effectively communicate our thoughts, desires opinions & feelings. It gives us the ability to hear, listen & understand. It also governs the ears- when we listen we learn & we realize there are many ways to experience life. It gives us the power to express ourselves on every level of our experience. This chakra is directly linked to the higher self & if you are too busy idly talking about other people or listening to external chatter you will lose your guidance from your higher self, you must listen to your inner voice. This chakra works with the sacral chakra. Your creative ideas need the throat chakra energy to be able to find “voice” in the world. You are not only able to speak fearlessly & with compassion, but you will also be open to listening to & hearing others. Speaking truth to yourself—& walking consistently in that truth—is a pathway to enlightenment.
Heart Chakra
Your heart chakra is located at the center of your chest & is associated with love & relationships. The lessons you are learning will make you grow. Learn to love yourself first, then others. This is where god/spirit lives within each of us. A strong heart is able to forgive the wounds of the past, find joy in the moment, & step into the world to make it a better place. This chakra holds ideas & attitudes about our worthiness to receive & give love. When you tap into heart energy, you line up all the mental elements of the Law of Attraction.It involves going beyond what you see & going within, to that quiet place inside of you. It requires you to be brave & willing to let go of control. When you do so, you achieve wholeness, become centered, & find internal peace.
Solar Plexus Chakra
This chakra is the center of personal identity. It rules aspects of our personality & ego, self worth & self esteem. It influences self confidence, personal power & freedom of choice It helps us choose what & who we are for our highest good. This chakra is our inner knowing, our gut instincts about things & people. It is our sense of self- when our sense of self grows we develop a strong resilient inner core & we are not obsessed over small details or what others think. The solar plexus energy revolves around power – if we are comfortable with our power, we will act confidently have more freedom of choice, if we are uncertain we will evade situations & run away so to speak. When you start realizing you need to come first & that being selfish(not ego based) is not a bad thing then you can manifest anything
Sacral Chakra
The seat of passion & desire, the sacral chakra provides fuel to your goal. Hurt feelings, fear of being judged, lack of intimacy, inability to feel pleasure, laziness, & more are directly linked to the malfunctioning of your sacral chakra. It is associated with pleasure, sexuality, & enjoyment. When the chakra is in good health, all is well in your world. Both your connection with yourself & the outside world works well. You accept yourself as it is, You re-evaluate your relationships, your relationships progress to the next stage. You become more creative & are at peace with your body, thus relationships, jobs, desires & even body changes occur This chakra manifests an Increase in your connection with your gut so you know what decisions are right.
Root Chakra
A blocked root chakra can manifest as physical issues &emotionally it can make you feel insecure about finances, basic needs & well-being. When it’s in alignment & open, we will feel grounded & secure, both physically & emotionally. The Root Chakra is associated with the first task we undertake after birth, & that is to determine “Do I belong here?” The root chakra is composed of whatever grounds you to stability in your life. If you are not feeling stable then you can not manifest stability & safeness. If you are seeking more stability balanced energy, sleep, sense of self worth, improved concentration, ability to set & achieve your goals, determination, boundaries – then place your drink on this coaster & watch how your life starts to change & become less stagnant, decisions are easier to make & the energy will start flowing in your favor
